  29. I can find no reference to internal vs. external bus clock differences in 
  30. any of the Motorola Microprocessor 68xxx user's manuals.  That doesn't 
  31. mean they don't exist, it just means I can't find evidence.

  33. As far as speed comparisons between comparibly priced CISC MPUs go, I
  34. don't think you need to artificially handicap any manufacturer by
  35. hypothetically adjusting clock freqs, if one manufacturer performs more
  36. transactions per cycle than another, they win.
